Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after the order is placed. Unless you are purchasing a commissioned piece, where turnaround time can be up to 3 weeks.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

USA Shipping Methods:
- Standard 5-7 business days (under $80) - $6.95
- Standard 5-7 business days (over $80) - FREE
- Express 2-3 business days - $12.95
Note:
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
- We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
- Allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped during sales (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, etc.)
- Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24-48 hours after your tracking information is received.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your package arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the external box, the shipping label on the box, and the damage to the item or fault in them.
- Send all photos of the damage via e-mail within 7 days to hello@loopandcomfort.com, so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
- We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
