Returns
We do not offer returns at this time. Because each skein is unique, all sales are final.

If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re glad to offer an exchange or store credit. To request one, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note about the issue. The yarn must be unused, in its original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense.

If we made an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping and fix it right away.

Damaged Items
All items are inspected before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can review the issue.

We’ll replace the item for another product or issue store credit when possible. Because our yarn is made in small batches, exact replacements may not always be available.

Exclusions
Exclusions to our return policy include items marked as a sale, personalized products, and gift cards. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are tailored to individual specifications or are non-returnable by nature.

Undelivered Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services, these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
